To understand this further we can do our master degree and they also provide PGDM. It is nothing but Post Graduate Diploma in Management, it is not based on theory parts, it’s deals with full of practical things that contains presentation and few other trainings . Those things helps us to bring outside our talents that would be great help for us. Most of the faculty are from different organizations or entrepreneur or HRs so they explain every part of the theory in practical ways and they also explains that where and how it could be used in an organization.
In college master degree is also applicable, but they purely concentrate on theories and every batch contains more than 60 students , in b-school monthly once or twice they invite entrepreneur to deliver their story or a speech
In colleges students number is more than the b-school, in b-school everybody has a lot of attention but in colleges those who are willing they can only shine, in b-school everybody has to participate in every activity but in colleges those who are willing to participate they only participate in several activities, in college most of them didn’t get the chance to explore them self
If the person is intended enough to learn and updated himself then both college and b-school should be same for him. But in experts opinion b-school is little bit better than college because it helps every students to grow by them self because of it students gain more experience and capable enough to face several problems and other things in workplace
