MBA program at AAM is a full time degree program from Bharathiar University. The Bharathiar University is Accredited with NAAC A Grade and ranked 2nd among the top universities in India. This MBA program is also approved by UGC, HRD and Government of India.

Custom Designed Soft Skills Workshops
Different Workshops and Programs are designed at AVIDUS ACADEMY OF MANAGEMENT keeping in mind the development of different Soft Skills. Workshops are also custom designed on a case-by-case basis to match each individual's requirement. These Workshops and Programs, apart from giving the theoretical knowledge, focus on practicing the skills. The Workshops are designed for Feedback Processing. Feedback is provided in the Workshops to the Students from both the teachers and the peers. Attitude Building and Behavioral Modeling Workshops
There are specialized programs and workshops designed at AVIDUS ACADEMY OF MANAGEMENT for Attitude Building and Behavioral Skills development. A student is personally evaluated using behavioral analysis to understand his or here specific needs. ABC Model also known as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy is used to build the required attitudes and behaviors. This workshop will sharpen your rational thoughts and make you believe in yourself and the traits and moral values that you should believe to become a good leader. It will also increase the Emotional Intelligence Quotient also known as EQ so the Students understand how to control their emotions and stay composed in times of stress and crisis.
