Faculties at AAM
"A teacher is one who makes himself progressively unnecessary."
The Faculties at AAM are highly experienced and are from both academic as well as industrial background. AAM draws most of its faculties from IIM, IIT, and reputed institutions such as Harvard and Wharton School of Business. This conglomeration of the best faculties drawn from both National and International Academics and industrial experts helps us to offer our students an unparalleled academic experience.
At AAM the jobs of our faculties do not end with teaching. Our faculties also play a role as what we call "Pilot". Pilots act as guide to the students in terms of working closely one-on-one with the students. A Pilot is assigned for each student. Pilots will pay individual attention to the student assigned to them. Pilots use the Jo-Hari model to improve the understanding and the trust between the students and them. Implementing Jo-Hari model for each student individually helps to
- Evaluate the students individually and understand the learning needs of each student
- Help each student to learn about themselves and come to terms with what they know and what is still required

The key idea behind implementing the Jo-Hari model is to ensure that the things unknown to both the student and the Pilot are reduced to none. This is achieved after establishing the trust and by discussions, evaluations, disclosure, self-disclosure and feedback. The more the Pilot knows about the student and the more the student is self aware, it is easier for both training and learning effectively.
